Process Engineer

Shaoxing Shangyu District | 8-9 years of experience | Bachelor's degree with a salary of 10000 to 20000 RMB per 13 years

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for process technology related work.

2. Participate in the construction, commissioning, operation, and optimization of chemical pilot projects.

3. Participate in the design review, construction tracking, and installation coordination of chemical production projects.

4. Organize preparation work for single machine testing, blowing, water transportation, material introduction, and other start-up activities.

5. Participate in writing production preparation documents, start stop plans, operation manuals, process cards, etc. Responsible for establishing process related ledgers and technical files.

6. Write process related training materials, organize relevant employees to give lectures and take exams.

7. Participate in device start-up, parking, emergency response, daily production, etc.

8. Ensure the safe and stable operation of the device, meet the quality standards of the products, and achieve the required output.

9. Participate in the process optimization, technical transformation, and energy conservation and consumption reduction work of the device.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemistry or related fields, intermediate professional title.

2. More than 8 years of work experience in petroleum and chemical equipment, with experience as a process engineer or process supervisor. Experience in peroxidation and oxidation processes is preferred.

3. Strong willingness to learn and willingness to collaborate; Strong safety awareness and sense of responsibility.

4. Experience in new projects is preferred.
